If someone’s having an issue with their product and they don’t know what it is, maybe they dropped it, maybe they left material in it, they don’t know what caused the issue, we will follow up with them until they send us that product back cuz we want to know what’s wrong with it. Is it man, is it a manufacturing defect? Is it something we can fix?
Anytime there’s an issue with a tool, you can always send it back, get it repaired, and if we find that there’s, you know, an issue with the tool, there, you know, covers under warranty, you know, we would definitely, you know, obviously fix it, repair it, send it back, get you pretty much, you’re going to get you back almost a brand new tool. For the most part, >> every return that comes in the door, it’s evaluated thoroughly because we want to understand what went wrong with that product, why did it go wrong, what needs to be improved, um, and then, you know, kind of pushing it down and pushing it down and improving where we need to improve. We stand behind our product and we want to see returns because that’s the ultimate goal to any issues that might pop up.
