Meet Al Morris, National Sales Manager at Albion Engineering

Moorestown, NJ — Albion Engineering Company is proud to welcome Al Morris, CSI, CDT, CCCM, as its new National Sales Manager, bringing more than three decades of experience in construction, waterproofing, restoration, and specialty building products to the trusted manufacturer of professional caulking and dispensing tools. Since joining Albion in September, Morris has been strengthening distributor partnerships and helping contractors across North America find the right solutions for building envelopes, firestopping, concrete repair, glazing, and industrial applications.

A Career Built on Industry Expertise and Trust

Morris began his career in the early 90s and quickly became recognized for both technical expertise and a people-first approach in the building materials industry. Most recently, he served as National Sales Manager at PROSOCO, where he expanded distributor networks nationwide and reinforced contractor education and support programs. His ability to develop strong working relationships made him a natural fit for leadership at Albion.

Life, Family, and Opportunity

For Al Morris, construction has never been just a career. It’s been a foundation for family, friendships, and a life well built.

When his children were young, Al owned and operated a specialty coatings company in the Dallas area called Chemprobe. Some of their earliest memories include spending time in the warehouse and helping to mix paint colors. But what left the biggest impression wasn’t the work itself, it was the community built around it.

Many of Al’s professional connections evolved into lifelong friendships that became part of everyday family life. Those early experiences shaped how both his children view their own careers.

In their professional lives, Al is grateful his children have chosen paths within an industry filled with opportunity,  careers that allow them to build futures shaped by their own strengths and passions. Alec has built a career in construction supply and waterproofing materials sales, working directly with contractors. While Riley pursues her passion for historic buildings as an architectural conservator, helping protect and restore important structures for future generations.

“It’s been full speed ahead ever since I found my path,” Riley Morris said, reflecting on how her experiences shaped her career direction. “I know how to read buildings, and that’s valuable in many parts of this industry.”

That same people-first philosophy has guided Al throughout his career and continues to define his leadership style today. For Morris, success has always meant more than professional milestones. It’s about building a fulfilling life alongside work.

“I hope my kids will be as happy as I’ve been in my personal life and my marriage — going on 33 years this November,” Morris said. “Professionally, the sky’s the limit. Go as far as you can.”

Looking Ahead at Albion Engineering

In his role at Albion Engineering, Morris is focused on reinforcing distributor relationships, supporting contractors across every market segment, and continuing Albion’s long-standing reputation for quality, dependable dispensing tools. He brings a collaborative mindset to the role, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and end users to ensure Albion’s products meet the real-world demands of the jobsite.

With deep industry experience, leadership rooted in authenticity, and a belief that strong relationships drive lasting success, Morris is helping guide Albion into its next phase of growth. As the construction industry continues to evolve, his steady, people-centered approach positions Albion to remain a trusted partner for professionals across North America.
