Albion Engineering Introduces New 38” Extended 20oz Sausage Guns for Upright Dispensing

Albion Engineering Company is proud to introduce the NEW B12S20L and E12S20L Extended Sausage Guns, ergonomically designed to help contractors dispense sealants and adhesives from a comfortable upright position. The extended barrel improves comfort, reach, and control for applications that traditionally require bending or kneeling.

Built for professional sealant installers, the 38-inch extended reach allows users to comfortably apply materials in both horizontal and vertical applications while maintaining precision and consistency. The design helps reduce fatigue during long installation sessions, particularly when working on floor joints or other hard-to-reach areas.

The B12S20L sausage gun features a smooth and efficient 12:1 mechanical advantage drive, delivering controlled dispensing performance across a wide range of sealants and adhesives. The B12S20L also retains the same trusted features found in Albion’s popular B12S20 sausage gun, giving contractors the reliability and performance they already know—now with extended reach.

Contractors can also choose the E12S20L 12V cordless model, which further reduces hand fatigue and enhances application control. The 12V drive features a variable speed trigger with a maximum speed dial, allowing users to fine-tune dispensing speed for different materials and applications. An automatic reverse function helps prevent dripping, keeping work areas cleaner and improving overall dispensing control on the jobsite.

To further expand functionality, the included front cap (873-116) features an integrated Picatinny rail, allowing users to attach accessories such as the Wheel Assembly (1156-1) for guided floor applications or the Rechargeable Flashlight (1144-1) to improve visibility in low-light conditions. For added stability and control, the tool can also be paired with the Barrel Strap Handle (1151-1).

Versatility is another key benefit of the new design. The gun can dispense 10oz, 13oz, or 20oz sausage packs, and can quickly convert to dispense 20oz bulk material or standard 10oz and 12oz cartridges using the included parts. Additionally, the tool features quick disassembly, allowing for easier transport and storage between jobsites.
