2″ Lock Ring Plastic

Adjust the rotational swivel or play in your 2″ diameter bulk and sausage gun (DL-45, DL-59, etc.) to exactly the desired amount, then lock it in by tightening the 3-5 Lock Ring securely against the back cap.

For proper adjustment:

1. Thread barrel all the way into the base of the back cap. The barrel will contact the 5-1 Thrust Washer.
2. Unthread the barrel back out +/- one-half (1/2) turn.
3. Tighten the lock ring against the back cap to preserve this position and enable smooth barrel rotation during caulking.
