How to Load a Bulk Caulk Gun (by Wayne Belcher)

I wanna say good morning to all of our friends at Albion Engineering. We’re gonna show you and demonstrate how to fill properly a bulk caulking gun without the use of a follow plate or any other assistance.

So, whether it be a large one like this or a small one, first, we’re going to cone up the material in the bucket. We’re going to get a good seal around it, and then we’re going to start drawing our material. Make sure we tap around so we get a good seal. Fill the gun, come off the end, with a small tool, and take what excess is off the edge. We’re gonna put our cap on.
