Under the direction of President Dean Hammel, the strategic expansion includes the addition of key personnel to several departments to enhance customer service and optimize operations to manage growth. These new hires bring with them a wealth of experience and new perspectives, further strengthening Albion’s position in the market.

NEW TEAM MEMBERS:

Patrick WhiteDirector of Operations: As our new DOO, Patrick is spearheading Albion’s operational strategies, streamlining processes, and driving efficiency across the organization to meet the growing demands of the market.

Preston CoxRegional Sales Manager, South Region: With a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the industry, Preston is leading Albion’s sales initiatives in the South Region, supporting our network of independent sales representatives and the distributors stocking our products.

Pratik AgarwalRegional Sales Manager, North Region: Pratik’s appointment as RSM completes our distributor & Sales Rep support network across the US & Canada His experience with distribution networks will ensure that our products are available everywhere that sealants and adhesives are sold.

Nicolle TorresCustomer Service: Nicolle’s problem-solving skills and passion for customer satisfaction made her a strong addition to our dedicated customer service team, delivering unparalleled support to our distributors.

Jeff SeraboDesign Engineer: Jeff plays a pivotal role in developing innovative dispensing solutions, improving our current products and developing new designs.

Omar KhanERP Systems Admin: Omar brings extensive experience in enterprise resource planning systems, and implementing business intelligence strategies that align with organizational objectives. 

In addition to these team members, Albion Engineering has undergone a strategic restructuring to align its resources more effectively, enhance collaboration, and better serve the evolving needs of its customers. This restructuring reinforces Albion’s dedication to recognizing and nurturing talent within the organization, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the dispensing solutions industry.

PROMOTIONS:

Joe ShifflerOperations Manager: Joe has been promoted to Operations Manager. With his new responsibilities overseeing procurement, production, and warehouse activities, Joe will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these essential functions within the company. His experience and expertise will be instrumental in supporting Sales.

Bill MichinWarehouse Supervisor: Bill Michin has been promoted to the role of Warehouse Supervisor, where he will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.

Karl AllanPlanning and Purchasing: Karl Allan has been appointed to the role of Planning and Purchasing, where he will optimize our supply chain management, procurement processes, and inventory planning to meet the demands of Albion’s growth.

John ShieldsQuality Control Oversight: John Shields will assume the responsibility of overseeing Quality Control, ensuring that Albion’s products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will continue to uphold Albion’s reputation for superior craftsmanship.
