    Best residential caulk gun ever!

B12 guns are hands down the best manual caulk guns we have ever used. Perform very well through all our seasons here in Michigan. Very high quality and performance.

    Solid construction

Very solid and quality built. Works on regular silicone or caulking (like Alex) tubes. Other reviewers were completely right about it’s quality. I’ve seen it sold by high end building supply stores.

    Very good product.

This caulking seems like it will perform for a long time. With the adjustable pressure it is great for all kinds of jobs and easy to use all day. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it does not have a cutter. Always have to have a knife handy to get started. Seems like it could have been designed in.

Love this caulking gun. After using several lower cost guns I decided to use what the pros use. What a difference. I feel like I have a quality tool in my hand.
