NEW! Dispensing Tools for 3M FIP 1-Step Fire Barrier Foam
Albion is pleased to announce the availability of two new powerful guns for dispensing 3M™ Foam-In-Place (FIP) 1-Step Fire Barrier Foam packaged in 380ml coaxial cartridges.
Tested and approved by 3M, the 18-volt cordless model E18C380X4(FIP) gun will effortlessly dispense up to 60 coaxial cartridges in a mix ratio of 5:1 on a single charge. Powered by Milwaukee® RED-LITHIUM™ battery technology for fade-free performance. The variable speed trigger combined with a maximum speed dial provides total dispensing control.
With a full barrel to limit cartridge swelling under pressure, this tool eliminates the messy leakage or “blow-by” caused by other guns.
Supplied with one 18-Volt Lithium-Ion battery that recharges completely in 30 minutes plus one 110V AC battery charger, all packed safely in a heavy duty nylon carry bag.
3M FIP 1-Step Fire Foam is specified for cables, cable trays, blanks, metallic pipe, ducts and combination systems. It expands up to 5X. Meets ASTM E814 and the IBC for passive fire protection. Also available is manual model B26C380X4(FIP). This high-thrust tool will easily dispense thick materials through a static mixing nozzle. Dual gripping plates provide no-slip reliability and long life. All steel construction.
